Nella sua dichiarazione finale si affermava che \"la Convenzione chiede una maggiore consapevolezza di questa responsabilit\u00e0 a livello locale e di concordare con gli enti locali e regionali una Carta europea per l'animazione socioeducativa a livello locale\". L'obiettivo era quello di creare un terreno comune per l'animazione socioeducativa.<\/p><p>Nel 2017, 22 agenzie nazionali per i giovani Erasmus+ insieme ai loro partner hanno lanciato il progetto di cooperazione Erasmus+ Europe Goes Local<sup>1<\/sup> (EGL). Per raggiungere un ampio consenso e creare titolarit\u00e0 della Carta, \u00e8 stato attuato un processo di consultazione a livello europeo. Questo processo \u00e8 stato svolto in due cicli che hanno coinvolto un'ampia gamma di portatori di interessi a tutti i livelli, tra cui governi, comuni, ONG, organizzazioni e consigli giovanili, organizzazioni ombrello e molti altri. Il primo ciclo \u00e8 stato guidato da un questionario incentrato principalmente sul testo della Carta. \u00c8 stato attuato in 22 paesi e ha riunito circa 70 gruppi di portatori di interessi.<\/p><p>I risultati sono stati presentati ai partecipanti al 2 \u00b0 evento europeo EGL a Cascais 2018. Hanno esaminato gli argomenti pi\u00f9 scottanti e \/ o controversi e hanno dato i loro suggerimenti per soluzioni.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a68635d e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"a68635d\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-031fe3c e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"031fe3c\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9a363ea elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9a363ea\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Tutte queste informazioni sono state poi raccolte e utilizzate come base per una seconda bozza. Questo secondo progetto \u00e8 stato inviato per un secondo ciclo di consultazioni. In tale consultazione le parti interessate sono state invitate a esprimere il loro consenso o a suggerire modifiche in relazione a ciascun punto della Carta.<\/p><p>Alla consultazione hanno partecipato 40 gruppi di portatori di interessi che hanno fornito le loro risposte in merito a 36 punti elenco, per un totale di 1440 possibili accordi o disaccordi. Di questi, 93% concordato e 6% contiene suggerimenti di modifica. Quando i diversi suggerimenti sono stati integrati nella Carta, era chiaro che c'era un quasi totale (99,45%) consenso sul testo.<\/p><p>La versione finale della Carta \u00e8 stata presentata e celebrata in occasione del 3\u00b0 evento europeo EGL a Bruxelles nel giugno 2019. La Carta \u00e8 quindi creata e di propriet\u00e0 della comunit\u00e0 di pratica dell'animazione socioeducativa europea e riguarda tutti, dai responsabili politici agli animatori socioeducativi e ai giovani, che sono impegnati nell'animazione socioeducativa e vogliono migliorarla.
